what we eat as FOOD consists of five different groups:

1- Carbohydrrates

2- Proteins

3- Fat

4- Vitamins and Minerals

5- Water

I will try to discuss all these groups in the simplest way possible. if we eat all these five groups everyday, then it is good to know about them in the first place. by knowing them we can choose wiser and have a healthier eating habit.
