Water
Most of our body consists of water. It is 95% of body in newborns and 60% in adults. All body functions need water. It includes the metabolism (which is the combination of anabolism or constructing and catabolism or burning). Metabolism is the process of making body parts from what we eat and burning ingested materials for energy production.
Drinking enough water throughout the day is necessary and makes our body work properly. nutritionists recommend drinking at least 8 glasses of water specially on dieting. Burning fat is a process that has many waste products. This waste products disposed mainly with water needs to be expelled from body. The fat burning process and expelling its waste products need water.
So please drink as much as water you can while doing a weight loss treatment and also when you are on your normal diet. As I said Optimum is 8 glasses of water a day, but if you can’t do it just drink as much as you can.
